. Use your robust project management and compensation acumen to research, design, develop and implement a Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP), in collaboration with an outside consulting firm. Work closely with Global Headquarters, executives and HR to recommend solutions to ensure programs are competitively and consistently administered in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
