We currently have an outstanding career opportunity for a Compensation Analyst. Use your robust project management and compensation acumen to research, design, develop and implement a Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP), in collaboration with an outside consulting firm. Work closely with Global Headquarters, executives and HR to recommend solutions to ensure programs are competitively and consistently administered in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
We require strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, the talent to scale an evolving compensation structure in a fast-paced ambiguous environment, and the capability to present clear narratives with data to all stakeholders.
